Membership

To become a member of the Delhi Labour Union, you must be employed in a hospital or other healthcare facility situated in Delhi. You must also pay the union’s membership dues.
Membership in the union is voluntary. You may terminate your membership at any time by providing written notice to the union.
The union reserves the right to refuse membership to any person.

The union will collect and use your personal information only for the purposes of administering your membership and providing you with union services.
You have the right to access and correct your personal information.
The union will not share your personal information with third parties without your consent.

The union owns the copyright in all content on the website, including text, images, and videos.
You may not copy, distribute, or modify the content without the union’s permission.
You may use the content for your own personal use, but you may not use it for commercial purposes without the union’s permission.

The union is not liable for any errors or omissions on the website.
The union is not liable for any damages that you may suffer as a result of using the website.

Any disputes between the union and its members will be resolved through mediation or arbitration.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India and the jurisdiction will be solely to the courts of Delhi.

If any provision of these terms and conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the union and its members with respect to the use of the website.
